Brief · Sample · BulkEvery MANLOR garment starts with a fabric decision. Our library documents each quality so your team can choose with confidence — and develop something new when the library is not enough.
Six stages, each with a clear hand-off. You always know what we need from you, what we are working on, and what comes back.
We review your tech pack, sketches or reference garments, and confirm target price, quantities and timeline before development begins.
We source fabric and trims against your brief — or develop custom qualities, colours and finishes — and submit swatches and lab dips for approval.
Pattern makers draft or digitise patterns in CAD, then produce a proto sample in the approved or closest available fabric.
We run fit sessions on your comments, correct patterns and make size-set and pre-production samples in bulk fabric.
Bulk is cut, sewn and finished against the sealed sample, with inline checks at cutting, sewing and finishing.
Garments are inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with full documentation. Third-party inspection is welcome.

MANLOR is a newly established brand. Case studies will be published here as MANLOR projects are completed — we do not present work done under our group's other brands as our own.
